Biography
Besides being a composer and an arranger, Luca Boscagin's true calling is the guitar.
In his career he has recorded many albums both as "side-man" and as lead artist (i.e. "Touch and Go" on Azzurra music, 2005). He took part, together with R.Bonisolo, P.Birro, L.Conte and W.Paoli, in Jazzbreakers, where they re-arranged famous rock songs as jazz tracks.
He has played around Italy and Europe with musicians like Eliot Zigmund, Gianni Basso, Sonny Fortune, Mauro Negri, Larry Coryell, John Abercrombie, John Wetton (King Crimson), Steve Ellington and many others.
In 2008, Luca, together with Paolo Andriolo and Frank Casale, performed in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) in the radio programme Mec Instrumental, aired on Radio Mec.
His latest album is "4 Steps" (out on J-Digital label).
